I’ve done a short cartoon of myself in real life during my teenage years. I’ll be posting it tomorrow afternoon, but I’m going to put it on my blog, and if you’re interested, you can find it here. It was pretty much done during the day, and looks really cool.
I feel like this was really important, because it really shows the importance of cartoons. It gives me hope that maybe, just maybe, this might be a thing again. Just when I thought I’d gotten out of the habit of drawing when I was a kid, I got sucked back in again.
The reason it was important to me was because I have seen so many cartoons over the years that have been made by children. I find it interesting to look at a time in the cartoon’s history when a lot more of the things that are supposed to be funny were simply put there for kids to see. It’s fun to see how much people’s expectations have changed in that little while, and how much cartoon has changed before that.
Well, I think it’s a good thing that children are allowed to draw when they are old enough to understand what they are doing and why, but I am definitely glad I got out. It was kind of fun to draw with crayons.
The last cartoon, the one that is really funny and entertaining, has died down and disappeared completely. It’s a good time to see other cartoonists die as well.
The series has ended…
As in, no more cartoons. The series has been canceled.
What about the rest of the series? Are you thinking of a new series, or a new game…
The series is still going strong. I’m not sure how many more cartoons I can draw, but I am going to try and continue to draw comics at least once a week. The series is the only one I still have.
I’m not sure what to make of this. I’m not even sure what my job situation is. My job now is that I have to draw, or the staff has to take sick days. I think I had an offer to work on a game at one point, but I don’t think I made it. I’m sort of stuck in the middle.
