What is your average turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on having some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We limit the number of jobs our copywriters can claim, and give them short deadlines to encourage them to only claim jobs they are immediately able to work on. 

The average TAT depends on the kind of content you order. Blog posts and articles are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours depending on their length. More complex projects such as sales copy and whitepapers can take 1 or 2 days longer in some cases.

Are there any hidden fees or other charges to use your copywriting services?

Absolutely not. There are no additional charges beyond the cost of the content itself.

Will it be obvious that I hired a copywriter?

No, not at all. All of our content is ghostwritten, which means you can attribute it to anyone you wish (or no one at all). We keep our clients’ identities a secret, as many brands like to present the image that all of their copy was written by in-house copywriters.

What if I am unhappy with the copywriter I hire?

On very rare occasions, there’s sometimes just not a good fit between a copywriter and a client. 

When this happens, you can let us know from your dashboard and your content manager will swing into action. They’ll find another copywriter for hire that would be able to work on your job as a priority, and we’ll get them to write a whole new version of your copy, free of charge.

 

What happens if a copywriter misses a deadline?

This doesn’t happen as often as you would perhaps think. It’s quite rare for our copywriters to miss a deadline. They understand that we are relying on them to deliver their work before the agreed-upon date – because our clients are relying on them to do so too. 

When a deadline is missed, we will notify you, and send your job out to a range of other suitable copywriters. Your content manager will monitor and intervene where required to ensure the new writer creates your content ASAP, as a priority.

 

Who owns the copyright to the content I order?

We are a white-label copywriting service. This means you are the only person who will own the content you order from us, and you will exclusively own all of its associated rights. You can publish it anywhere you like, in any way you wish, in part, or whole.

 

Am I locked into a contract or subscription?

No, almost all of our copywriting services are pay as you go. There are no contracts, subscriptions, or anything else like that. Simply order and pay for your content as and when you need it.

The only subscription-based services we offer are our blog management services. These are monthly subscription services that (as the name suggests) are a complete content marketing solution. They include topic research, images, uploading and formatting content on your website, SEO, and more.

You’ll be allowed up to 14 days to approve your copywriter’s work. After this time we will automatically approve the job to ensure our writers get paid for their work. We’ll notify you via email before this happens.

Proper communication between clients and copywriters is essential for a successful project. We’d argue it’s the most important part of the whole process. 

The more information you provide the copywriter you hire, the better your copy will be. 

We’ve spent quite a bit of time developing our brief creation technology to ensure that all of the essential questions a brief should contain (that can sometimes be overlooked) are answered. We’ll ask about things like tone, target audience, and if the copy should be evergreen or newsy. We’ll also ask content-specific questions depending on what kind of content you are ordering.

Because for the vast majority of brands, it’s the most cost-efficient, and effective way forward.

The other two options available to you are either hiring a copywriter as part of your in-house team, or trying to get an existing team member to write the copy for you.

Let’s get the second of those two options out of the way first. 

Copywriting is a skill, a profession, a career. There’s much more to it than just hammering away on a keyboard and ensuring you have good grammar. You might think that Richard from HR has a way with words, but when the copy on your page can have double-digit impacts on conversion rates, it almost always makes financial sense to hire a professional copywriter as an employee, or work with a copywriting service like ours.

Hiring a copywriter as a full-time member of your team can be a viable option if you’re a large company that has consistent content demands. This is especially true when your content regularly requires detailed knowledge of your brand and its operations – outsourcing this kind of content can be tricky.

However, there are also a few downsides to this, especially if you’re not a large company.

It’s a significant commitment when hiring a professional copywriter as an employee. If you don’t have sufficient long-term content requirements you can sometimes find yourself trying to find things for them to write that don’t really need to be written. All of our writers are from western countries, and as such, they require a western rate of pay. If you find anything much cheaper than our entry-level prices, then you’ll probably be hiring someone who’s not a native speaker. This is obviously less than ideal (to put it mildly).

We’re 99.9% sure.
